I have led the development and deployment of new operating models in over 300 organisations across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. I personally have delivered the training and coaching to 1,000’s of employees in these organisations. Having enjoyed a portfolio career, I am able to bring the learnings from much real life experience across numerous industries and business sectors as well as a broad international perspective.

Outcomes

Methodology
I use my proprietary methodology, DIVE (Data, Integrity, Vision, employees), to structure the workshop, analysis and development of the strategies and plans. The usual format for the engagement is:1.
I provide briefing documents and some initial questionnaires to each participant.

Participants complete the pre-work
3.
I speak with each participant for 20 minutes on the phone to clarify anything arising from the pre-work
4.
Workshop(s) – usually two sessions of about 6 hours each; highly interactive
5.
Readout on a call or group session
6.
Follow up with each participant
7.
Final conclusions.
